I’m Ashley Jarrell, the coach behind Pathfindher Career Coaching. With over a decade of experience in higher education leadership, I’ve guided countless professionals through career transitions, personal branding, and professional development. My approach blends practical tools—like résumé optimization and interview prep—with empathy, compassion and support to help women show up powerfully in their careers.
I believe every woman deserves a career that reflects her strengths, passions, and goals. After years of talking about it, I decided to take my own advice and move towards a path that more closely aligns with my strengths. I finished my Certified Career Coaching Certificate (CPCC) in March of 2024 to fine tune my coaching strategy and skills. I started Pathfindher with one mission: to help early to mid-career women launch, pivot, and elevate their careers with confidence and purpose.
