Hi, I am Ashley Jarrell, founder of Pathfindher Career Coaching and a mom of 3 little kids. My professional journey, like many of yours, has taken many shifts and turns, but has always circled back to one theme: helping people find careers that provide purpose.

My first job out of college was a Job Coach for a high school. I spent my days working with teenagers trying to help them find jobs to have enough credits to graduate. There were times where I was calling the same local pizza shop to check on 3 of my students to make sure they showed up to work. While the job was far from glamorous, it motivated me to pursue my masters in Higher Education to pursue student facing positions on a broader level.

I spent over a decade as an academic advisor, career counselor, recruiter, instructor and strategist. I have worked with hundreds of students and professionals, helping them uncover their strengths and find opportunities that align with their goals. Along the way, I realized something powerful: too many women undervalue themselves and their potential. Some of the most accomplished women I knew had no idea how to articulate their experience and market themselves to make their next career move.

That realization (and 10 years of ALMOST starting) sparked Pathfindher—a space where women can find clarity, confidence, and practical tools to pursue careers that truly excite them.
