I’m Ashley Jarrell, the coach behind Pathfindher Career Coaching. With over a decade of experience in higher education leadership, I’ve guided countless professionals through career transitions, personal branding, and professional development. My approach blends practical tools—like résumé optimization and interview prep—with mindset coaching to help women show up powerfully in their careers.
I believe every woman deserves a career that reflects her strengths, passions, and goals. After years of informally coaching professionals and peers, I decided to take my own career advice and move towards a path that will make an impact. I started Pathfindher with one mission: to help early to mid-career women launch, pivot, and elevate their careers with confidence and purpose.
Pathfindher isn’t just about getting a job—it’s about building a career that feels authentic, rewarding, and aligned with who you are.
